What is QuickLessons’ final product result?
QuickLessons’ final product is a Flash-based, interactive and professional looking e-Learning course customized to suit your needs. You can add your own media, audio, video, company logo, color scheme and animation. The final course package is a zip file containing a combination of flash, xml, html, jpg, flv and mp3 files. Depending on the Export Mode, the package will also contain SCORM-oriented files for importing in any LMS.
How does the collaboration feature work?
When purchasing Corporate or Campus Agreement Licenses, the client will be able to give access to more than one user. These users will be classified either as a License Manager (manages users and license information, but has no authoring rights), a Master User (has authoring rights and can manage and access all production) or as a User (has authoring rights).
Users will be able to upload new media to the platform and classify them as Private or Public. Public media will be available to all Users in the license. Private ones will only be available to their owners.
A similar process happens to courses and Learning Objects. When a User creates a course or LO, he will be able to block the project from other Users to access or to edit. You can give third party access to view only or to view and edit. Master Users will be able to view and edit any project or media created in the account.
